RMAs will only be issued for misshipments and defective items only. Shoes may be returned for full refund if the wrong item was shipped or the shoes are defective. Shoes may not be returned if the correct shoes were shipped and the shoes are not defective.

If shoes are returned without prior authorization, they will be refused and you will not receive a refund.

Refused Orders:
1. Refused drop shipments will be created less a 20% restocking fee and less freight and handling.
